磁気ビーズを利用した細胞分離システム

BD IMag™ Cell Separation System は磁気細胞分離装置：BD IMagnet™（アイマグネット）を用いて細胞を分離するシステムです。このシステムはカラムを使わず、ラウンド（丸底）チューブ中で細胞を分離する「direct magnet technology」を採用しているため、簡単、効率的にしかも短時間で、目的とする細胞を分離することができます。
この度、新製品が追加されましたのでご案内します。

ネガティブソーティング用試薬セット

★4品目が加わりました

ビオチン標識抗体やストレプトアビジンがラベルされた磁気ビーズを使用して、目的以外の細胞を磁石に引き寄せ、磁気ビーズが結合していない細胞を分離する方法です。目的細胞への影響が少ないため、細胞分離後に培養などを行う実験に特に適している手法です。
