ソフトウェアの動作環境について


The recommended system specifications for SeqGeq are as follows:

RAM 16Gb or more
Central Processor i7 or greater
OS Latest version available for the system (Windows 10 or Mac OSX 10.14)
Hard Drive 100Gb or more
GPU Not a factor, SeqGeq does not utilize this type of processing

< Note >
RAM tends to be the number one bottleneck in terms of performance, so the more you can get the better SeqGeq will tend to run in that regard. This is particularly true for large analyses (>50k cells, in WTA data).
